How it works:

1. Diagnosis/Assessment

We’ll meet you in your offices or via video conference to discuss the health and wellbeing challenges and objectives of your organisation. 

Don’t know what the challenges are?  No problem, we’ll help you figure it out.

2. Report-back Meeting

We’ll meet with you again to provide you a full workplace wellbeing report with recommendations, based on the information gathered during the initial diagnostic session.

3. Outcome setting

Agreeing upon targets for the participants’ wellbeing program

4. Program delivery

We’ll work with your people one-on-one or in groups to implement your desired wellbeing outcomes. 

This may include regular meetings and/or calls for discussion, learning and planning, interspersed with time for execution, review and reflection.

5. Measurement of Success

We’ll meet with you to discuss achievement against outcomes

6. Ongoing support

For longer programs such as our Health and Leadership Coaching Program, we’ll also meet with participants at the end of the program to assist them to plan for the next 3-4 months.  We’ll have a final review meeting with management to reflect upon achievement v’s objectives and then meet with you 4-6 months after the conclusion of the program to evaluate sustained impact.
